In conjunction with Leighton Contractors construction and mining and services arms, the Infrastructure Investment team operates with a network of leading financial and technical partners and advisors to provide coordinated leading edge solutions to large infrastructure projects.

Projects typically involve significant financing and equity risk transfer from the client for construction of complex structures followed by operation and maintenance over an extended period (30 years). 

Infrastructure Investment works to understand and manage the project as a partner to our clients through our equity stake (up to 50%) in the project.  We believe this commitment demonstrates our intention to work with clients to deliver optimum appropriate project outcomes in the context of the wider environment.
